His love for the open road and the great outdoors reflects his adventurous spirit and hands-on approach to life.

Mike is deeply committed to the community, actively participating in local events and supporting various charitable initiatives. Brian "Kip" Kipling has been with Jon’s Auto since 2008 and his passion for helping customers find the perfect vehicle shines through in every interaction. A proud resident of Ishpeming, Kip has been hand-picking the reliable used vehicles for the dealership for over 12 years. Outside of work, he is a huge New York Mets fan & loves collecting sports cards and memorabilia with his sons. Kip is also actively involved in local fundraising events to give back to the local commiunity. His commitment to providing exceptional service and his love for the Marquette area make him an invaluable member of the Jon’s Auto team.
Michelle Turri | Office Manager
Michelle Turri has been with Jon’s Auto for almost a decade. While most of her work is behind the scenes she is a huge asset to the daily operations and the overall success of the dealership. She resides in Negaunee with her husband. Her son is a current student at NMU and on his way to a career in banking. They enjoy bonfires, camp time and their Australian shepard Remi. Michelle keeps our world spinning at Jon's Auto and therefore is an intricate piece to the puzzle here at Jon's Auto and would not want to do it without her.
Nick Holmes | Sales
Nick Holmes – Sales Consultant
Nick Holmes was born in Newberry, Michigan, and after spending several years living downstate and elsewhere, he's excited to be back home in the Upper Peninsula. His return to the U.P. allows him to enjoy everything he loves most about the area—especially spending time outdoors and taking advantage of the beautiful summer months.
Before joining Jon's Auto, Nick gained valuable sales experience working for a furniture retailer in Colorado, where he developed a passion for helping customers find the right fit for their needs. He brings that same customer-focused approach to helping people find their next vehicle.
When he's not at work, Nick enjoys playing disc golf, spending time outdoors, and relaxing at his family's camp in Grand Marais—a special place that was built by his grandfather more than 80 years ago and remains an important part of his family's history. He also shares his home with his two cats, Milo and Oliver.
Nick is excited to be closer to family, reconnect with his U.P. roots, and help customers throughout the community with their vehicle needs.

Originally from Marquette, Tim now resides in Negaunee with his wife Becky. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his grandson Kaisen at their family camp in Rock. He has a deep understanding of the local area and takes pride in serving the communities of Marquette, Ishpeming, Gwinn and beyond. He is known for his friendly demeanor and commitment to ensuring each customer has a positive car-buying experience. Josh Pearce Technician
Josh Pearce, certified technician, brings a wealth of diagnostic skills and abilitys to Jon's Auto's Service Department. He throughly enjoys a challenge. Using his resources and training he has been able to sucessfully diagnos customer's vehicles that have been to other shops prior to visiting ours. Josh is a "go to" around here for all of us! Before and after his shift he is a very active father with a son in travel hockey. He and his family all enjoy Mountain biking. It's not uncommon for Josh and his family to take off for the weekend and go find new trails all over the Upper Peninsula. We are very thankful to have Josh as a part of our team. His commitment to his craft is unwaivering.
Mark Jylha | Technician
Mark was born and raised in Negaunee, MI, where he still calls home with his four kids and his girlfriend Mikayla. They enjoy spending quality time with them biking and heading out to camp, where dirt bikes and side-by-sides are always part of the fun. Mark has been working on vehicles since 2009 and brings a strong passion and hands-on experience to every job. When he’s not in the shop or out at camp, Mark can be found moonlighting a few weekends each summer on the national rally car circuit, wrenching on high-performance rally cars at races all over the country.
Mike "Euro Mike" Steve – European Car Specialist
If you're looking for expertise in diagnosing and fixing European cars, look no further than Mike Steve – or as we like to call him, "Euro Mike." With a lifelong passion for European automobiles, Mike has dedicated his career to mastering the intricacies of these high-performance machines.
Raised in Indiana, Mike graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Technical Engineering, which laid the foundation for his deep understanding of automotive systems. After years of honing his skills, he opened and successfully ran his own European car repair shop in Marquette for 18 years, becoming a trusted name in the Community.
Now bringing his wealth of experience and unmatched expertise to Jon’s Auto, Mike is an invaluable member of our team. His exceptional knowledge and precision in diagnosing and repairing European vehicles are second to none, making him a go-to expert for car owners who demand the best.
Outside of work, Mike is a family man, married with three children, and he calls West Ishpeming home. Whether you're driving a BMW, Audi, Mercedes, or any other European make, Mike's skill and dedication will ensure your car gets the care it deserves.

Mike Hanold has been a driving force behind the dealership’s detailing department's success for over 10 years. An Iron River native, Mike, his wife Sarah and their two boys now reside in Ishpeming. When Mike isn't hard at work making everyone's vehicles look fresh and clean again he loves watching football, hockey, & baseball with the boys.. Every summer Mike and his family take a family vacation. Just recently went on a 6 day camping and site seeing vacation out west. Mike’s passion for detailing started in Iron River where his family owned a dealership. Mike brings a lot of years of delivering a great customer experience. We call him Magic Mike because he can get a car that has been neglected for years - lookin like new again! Our reputation for having clean cars is a direct compliment to Mike and the other detail technicians at Jon's Auto.

A Negaunee native, Brady Johnson joined the Jon's Auto family shortly after graduating high school and has quickly become a valued member of our team. Brady is a key member of our award-winning detailing department, where his attention to detail and passion for making vehicles look their absolute best shine through in every job. Whether he's bringing a vehicle back to life or putting the finishing touches on a customer's pride and joy, he takes great pride in his work.
